What is OPERATION CEO:  Love your Career, Love Your Life ?  

This program is designed with you in mind, a woman who is ready to face her fears and begin to show up in her career and in her life.    During our time together, you will look at limiting beliefs or fears you may have, as well as tune into your inner voice to begin the process of making your dreams a reality. 

You will be presented with many questions, exercises, discussions and coaching around what you feel passionately about and what you care about in the world.  You will begin to create a plan of action and specific action steps in order to create a career and life you love. 

In our process we will listen and discover your priorities, values and needs and begin to envision your career based on those factors. By learning to listen and trust your inner voice, you will also learn incredible decision-making and confidence skills.

As your coach, I provide support and guidance not only during our sessions, but in between to help keep you on track and be your cheerleader. We translate bigger goals into weekly action steps that are manageable and ensure your success.

In this program you will discover:

Week 1: What Mama Never Told You about Self-Care

You will learn the true benefit of self-care and how mastering this process is the key to everything you want in life.  Together, we will look at your self-care tactics so that you take the very best care of yourself, your body, your finances and your soul.

Week 2:   Face your Fears and Find your Fabulousness

Whenever we step into bigger visions and goals for ourselves, there is always a fear to address and a risk to take. This is where we explore how you can take risks in your life in order to create energy and achieve your wildest dreams.

Week 3:   New Opportunities Are All around You

There are “undiscovered” opportunities all around you.  We will discuss how to begin seeing the new opportunities around you by setting a clear intention and focusing on what you really want. 

You will learn how to make better use of your own networks and community.

Week 4:   Design A Blueprint for your future (a CEO must-have)

No more procrastination! A well-planned strategy is key to your success. This week you will learn how to create your own action plans to help you achieve your goals.    You will learn how to plan without feeling overwhelmed.  

Week  5:   Celebrate YOU!    

This is my favorite part of the process!  We will honor and celebrate you and your achievements.   The more you celebrate YOU, the more you will become alive and inspired to set new and juicier goals for yourself.

 In addition to our weekly coaching calls there will be an adventure activity.  The unique inclusion of physical activity will help you to shift the way your body responds to your mind.   This activity will offer an opportunity for you to experience a state of flow that cannot be accessed idly sitting in front of your computer screen.  This activity will move you out of your comfort zone and into a new perception of yourself!
